Kyle R. Hawkey, PhD
Hello, I'm Kyle Hawkey.
Leading meaningful change efforts to increase organization health and effectiveness is my passion – whether it’s through training, enablement, or planned interventions. Although this looks different for each change effort, my experiences include learning development, professional advancement, training, needs assessments, policy development, program implementation, evaluation, and data-driven decision making.
More about me
I have a PhD from The Pennsylvania State University in Workforce Education and Development with an emphasis in Human Resource Development and Organization Development. In addition to my academic background, I have spent the last decade leading organizational-change, initiative-change, and enterprise-change management for the Department of Defense, the Air Force, the Army, and the Department of Agriculture. I am also an associate professor at Arizona Western College.
On a personal note, my love for learning and travel has taken me to 65 countries, 6 continents, and all 50 United States. My love for adventure means that you can often find me hiking, snow-skiing, kayaking, scuba diving, skydiving, or gliding.
